We had a great stay with excellent services, helpful staff, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was fantastic with easy transportation access. The parking was ample, and the cleanliness was perfect.

Despite its faults, the hotel offered good value for money and a decent location. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Although some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, my experience was positive in that regard. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, and the hotel provided several helpful facilities like free Wi-Fi.
The parking situation could be improved with more space and the condition of certain rooms could be better maintained.

The view of the city from the top floor was amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The parking facilities were convenient, especially considering the limited space. The hot water was available 24/7, a nice touch.

My Christmas stay was delightful with great amenities and services available. The view from the top floor of the hotel was breathtaking, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, which made exploring the area easy. Parking was also readily available, which is a great advantage during the busy holiday season.
The noise level from surrounding areas was a bit bothersome, particularly from the nearby bus stand, which kept me awake at night. While the hotel rooms were a bit pricey, I found them reasonably comfortable.

I had a great weekend city break and stayed in a comfortable hotel in a central location. the breakfast spread was impressive and kept me full until lunchtime. I also appreciated the free parking as it saved me the hassle of finding a spot in a busy area.
the hot water in my room took a long time to come through and the tea that was served wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
